Every Second Saturday at Pier 11 Studio
Pier 11 Studio is a proud participant in Astoria’s Artwalk on the second Saturday every month, when galleries and venues around town host the opening of month long curated visual art exhibitions.
For the August 9, 2025 ArtWalk, we will be featuring the work of our instructors of upcoming Fall printmaking workshops; Michelle Kaczmarcik (September), Mark Mahaffey (October), Jane Pagliarulo, Elise Wagner (October) Ben Rosenberg (November).
Join us for the artist reception 5-8pm, see a variety of artworks by our instructors and visit the studios of Elise Wagner and Gabe Fernandez and learn about what’s coming up at Pier 11 Studio!

Visual Artist Talk: "The Interplay of Elements"
“The Interplay of Elements”, a Visual Arts Lecture with Elise Wagner at the Hoffman Gallery in Manzanita, August 18th, at 1:00 pm. Elise will talk about the various ways she has brought her inspirations to life over the past 30 years with the encaustic medium. The presentation will include visuals of her work, work space, the encaustic and some show and tell work samples of encaustic collagraph printing plates. Join us! This is a ticketed event.
