| To make it a workable studio, I had it sheetrocked, insulated and heated first. Then came the windows on the garage door and front to let in north light. Next, I had ventilation installed with a hood and the space was rewired with a 100 amp electrical panel. Side openable windows, wi-fi and direct tv came soon after. Skylights are next. |
